摘要
本文在国家大力实施节能减排的大背景下,通过分析工业能源消费和能源强度现状后发现,我国工业能源强度呈上升趋势,反映出工业能源效率是下降的。然后对能源价格与工业能源强度进行了理论分析,并对能源价格、能源结构与工业能源强度的关系进行实证检验。研究表明:能源价格的上升有利于抑制工业能源强度,可促进工业能源效率的提升。内贸活跃度、外贸依存度的提升提高了工业能源强度。工业煤炭消费结构呈现先扬后抑走势,表明工业对煤炭的相对需求将下降,实证结果表明工业煤炭消费结构并未对工业能源强度有显著性影响,而低碳能源消费结构的改善则能显著抑制工业能源强度,有利于工业能源效率的提升。
In the context of the country’s vigorous implementation of energy conservation and emission reduction,after analyzing the status of industrial energy consumption and energy intensity, it is found that China’s industrial energy intensity is on the rise, reflecting the decline in industrial energy efficiency. Then the theoretical analysis of energy price and industrial energy intensity is conducted, and the relationship between energy price, energy structure and industrial energy intensity is empirically tested. Research shows that rising energy prices are conducive to curbing industrial energy intensity and can promote industrial energy efficiency. The increase in domestic trade activity and foreign trade dependence has increased industrial energy intensity. The industrial coal consumption structure shows a trend of rising first and then suppressing, indicating that the relative demand for coal from industry will decline. Empirical results show that the industrial coal consumption structure does not have a significant impact on industrial energy intensity, and the improvement of low-carbon energy consumption structure can significantly Inhibiting industrial energy intensity is conducive to the improvement of industrial energy efficiency.
