摘要
职业化改革思想作为当今高等教育人才培养目标战略性转移的宏观发展思想,强调对人才社会发展性能的全面构建及引导。通过常态化发展的具体实施路径进行发展要素的客观分析,能够总结出较为明确的方向性及指向性,但缺乏人才社会发展的适应性条件。将质量评价作为高等教育人才培养目标战略性转移的侧重方向,强调以质量促发展理论基础,对高等教育人才培养的构成因素进行全面评价,以此达到对高等教育发展新常态形成直接影响的最终目的。总之,以宏观发展思想为基础,对人才培养新常态构建的微观因素进行全面探究及渗透,充分展现出微观因素的作用及价值,科学诠释人才培养战略性目标的社会意义。
As a macroscopic thought of shift in strategic target in higher education talent training,professionalization emphasizes the overall construction and guidance in the social function of talents. Through the objective analysis about development factors in the specific methods of normalization development,a more definite directivity can be concluded from the research,while the adaptive condition for the social development of talents is in the shortage. Quality assessment in shift is the main direction,which emphasizes the theory of quality first,taking the overall assessment on factors of the talent training,thus achieving ultimate target that the new normality directly influences higher education. In conclusion,based on macroscopic thought,in the research the micro factors in the new normality construction of talent training is analyzed,fully showing the effects and values,as well as the social effect of strategic target in talent training.
