摘要
采用多相同时蒸馏萃取(SDE)法分别提取紫丁香鲜花和鲜叶精油,通过气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)法分别分析其挥发性化学成分,研究了紫丁香鲜叶精油的季节动态。研究结果表明紫丁香鲜花精油GC含量最高的成分是乙酸丁酯(56.38%)。7月采集的紫丁香鲜叶精油得率最高,7月采集的紫丁香鲜叶精油GC含量最高的成分是甲苯(47.52%)。紫丁香鲜花精油和7月采集的紫丁香鲜叶精油均含有萘,萘是农药中间体。
Essential oils from fresh flowers and leaves of Syringa oblata were respectively extracted by simultaneous distillation extraction( SDE) method. The volatile chemical composition of essential oils from fresh flowers and leaves of S. oblata were respectively analyzed by gas chromatography- mass spectrometry( GC- MS) method. The seasonal dynamics of essential oils from fresh leaves of S. oblata were studied. The research results show that the highest GC content of essential oil from fresh flowers of S. oblata was butyl acetate( 56. 38%). The yield of essential oil from fresh leaves of S. oblata collected in July is the highest. The highest GC content of essential oil from fresh leaves of S. oblata collected in July is toluene( 47. 52%). Essential oils from fresh flowers and leaves of S. oblata collected in July contain naphthalene,and naphthalene is pesticide intermediates.
