极速成像技术检测脉搏传导速度早期评价原发性高血压患者颈动脉弹性的研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的 :应用极速成像技术测量脉搏波传导速度(Pulse wave velocity,PWV)早期评价原发性高血压(Essential hypertension,EH)患者颈动脉弹性,探讨其临床应用价值。方法:对76例颈动脉无内中膜增厚及斑块形成的EH患者行常规超声检查,计算动脉僵硬度指数β,采用极速成像技术测量颈动脉收缩期开始时PWV(BS)及收缩期结束时PWV(ES),并与68例正常人比较。结果:1EH患者β值高于正常对照组(P<0.05),其余常规超声测量参数较对照组无差异(P>0.05);2EH患者BS及ES较对照组升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3BS、ES与β呈正相关(相关系数分别为r=0.37、0.49)。结论 :EH患者颈动脉弹性减低出现早,极速成像技术测量的PWV可以早期准确评价EH患者颈动脉弹性的变化。
