摘要
利用连续流动分析仪测定酚标准溶液和炼厂净化水中的挥发酚,并与HJ 503—2009中的4-氨基安替比林直接分光光度法进行对比。结果表明:标准曲线的相关系数为0.999 8;对挥发酚标准样品进行测定,结果与推荐值基本一致,相对误差为-3.61%~3.89%,相对标准偏差为0.59%~1.09%,准确度和精密度良好。对炼厂净化水中的挥发酚进行测定,加标回收率为91.4%~108.6%,与HJ 503—2009相比,结果吻合较好,适于炼厂净化水中挥发酚的测定。
The continuous-flow analyzer has been used for the determination of phenol standard solution and the volatile phenol in purified water in a refinery. The method is compared with 4-aminoantioyrine direct spectrophotometric method in HJ 503—2009. The results show that the relative coefficient of standard curve is 0.999 8. The standard samples of volatile phenol have been determined and the results are basically consistent with recommended values. The relative errors of this method are in the range from-3.61% to 3.89%,and the relative standard deviations are from 0.59% to 1.09%,having very good accuracy and precision. The volatile phenol in purified water in the refinery has also been determined. The standard recovery rate of phenol is in the range of 91.4%-108.6%.Compared with HJ 503—2009,the results are well conformed with and suitable for the determination of volatile phenol in refinery purified water.
