水杨酸法检测水质氨氮优化方法研究

摘要 为了优化水杨酸法检测水质氨氮的方法,对药剂的选取与浓度进行调整,提出氨氮检测优化方法研究。研究方法:选取水杨酸钠作为显色剂,取代水杨酸,浓度150g/L,二氯异氰尿酸钠作为显色反应药剂,取代次氯酸离子,浓度5g/L,对显色时间、测定精度进行测试。实验结果显示,与HJ536-2009方法相比,本检测方法显色时间明显缩短,测定精度基本相同,符合水质氨氮检测方法优化要求。 in order to optimize the method of detecting ammonia nitrogen in water by salicylic acid method,the selection and concentration of reagent were adjusted,and the optimization method of ammonia nitrogen detection was proposed.Research methods:sodium salicylate was selected as the color developing agent,replacing salicylic acid with a concentration of 150g/L,and sodium dichloroisocyanurate as the color developing reagent,replacing hypochlorous acid ion with a concentration of 5g/L.the color developing time and determination accuracy were tested.The experimental results show that compared with hj536-2009 method,the color development time of this method is significantly shortened,and the determination accuracy is basically the same,which meets the optimization requirements of ammonia nitrogen detection method in water quality.
