摘要
使用连续流动注射分析法测定水中挥发酚的浓度。实验结果表明:在0~0.1 mg/L浓度范围内,该方法的标准曲线线性好,相关系数为0.9999,检出限为0.8μg/L,测定标准溶液的相对标准偏差为2.91%、0.42%和2.49%,测定标准样品的相对误差为0.23%和-0.11%,实际样品加标回收率在90.0%~110%之间,可满足日常水质分析的要求。
Continuous flow injection analysis was used to determinate the volatile phenol in water.The experimental results show that in the concentration range of 0~0.1 mg/L,the linearity of the tandard curve is good,the coefficient of correlation is 0.9999,the detection limit is 0.8μg/L,the relative standard deviation of standard solution are 2.91%、0.42%and 2.49%,the relative error of standard sample are 0.23%and-0.11%,the addition recovery rate of actual sample are 90.0%~110%,suitable for the daily water quality analysis.
