摘要
本研究旨在建立一种灵敏度高、准确性好、快速高效测定水中挥发酚的连续流动分析方法。样品在酸性条件下通过蒸馏释放出酚,被蒸馏出的酚类化合物在pH值(10.0±0.2)弱碱性介质中,被铁氰化钾氧化,与4-氨基安替比林反应生成橙红色的安替比林化合物,在505 nm波长处测定吸光度。根据这一原理,使用AA3连续流动分析仪完成在线蒸馏及在线比色。挥发酚的质量浓度在0~0.100 mg/L范围内,线性关系良好,该方法检出限为0.97μg/L,适用于大批量水样中痕量挥发酚的检测。
To establish a method for the high-sensitivity,accurate,and rapid determination of volatile phenols in water by continuous flow injection analysis.Volatile phenols were released from the sample through distillation under acidic conditions.In a weakly alkaline medium with a pH of(10.0±0.2),volatile phenols could react with 4-aminoantipyrine to form salmon pink compounds after oxidation by potassium ferricyanide,and the absorbance was measured at 505 nm.Based on this principle,the analysis was carried out using the continuous flow analyzer AA3 in bubble isolation mode,with online distillation and online colorimetry.The concentration of volatile phenols showed linearity in the range of 0 to 0.100 mg/L,with a detection limit of 0.97μg/L.The method is suitable for the determination of trace volatile phenols in large volumes of water samples.
