摘要
在油气长输管道山区施工中,运布管问题一直以来都是困扰各单位的一个施工难题。特别是在山区施工中,地形起伏大,坡度陡,而需要通过施工便道运送至管沟边的管道管径大、单管重量大,运布管困难等问题凸显,施工便道的修筑极其重要。以中贵联络线工程、兰成原油管道工程在施工中遇到的几个特殊地段作为工程实例,详细地讲述了陡峭的纵坡段和横坡段施工便道的修筑措施。
During the construction of long-distance oil and gas transmission pipelines in mountainous areas,pipes distribution has always been a difficult construction problem for each construction unit.Especially in mountainous area with terrain ups and downs and steep slope,the pipes with big diameter and large weight need transporting to trench side,the pipes transporting and dispatching problems become more difficult,so the service road construction is extremely important.This paper introduces in detail the construction measures of service roads on steep longitudinal slopes and cross slopes by taking pipeline projects in several special mountainous regions for example,which are Zhong-Gui Link Route and Lan-Cheng Crude Oil Pipeline.
