摘要
管道施工一线反馈的信息表明:国内长输油气管道施工装备仍存在许多重要问题,制约着管道施工速度和水平。为此,经过现场实地考察和管道施工专业化公司调研,从沼泽地、冻土融化区、高寒地区、山区、沙漠地区管道施工,管道切割等方面总结了国内长输油气管道施工装备存在的主要问题。针对这些问题,紧紧围绕工程技术需求,提出了管道施工技术与装备的研究方向和研究思路。这些问题和研究方向的提出,对提高国内管道施工技术水平,指明研究方向具有指导性作用。
The information from pipeline construction sites indicates that there exists many important problems with the pipeline construction equipment,which restrict piping construction speed and level.Therefore,through field and professional pipeline construction investigations,the main problems with long-distance oilgas pipelines construction equipment are summarized in some aspects,including pipeline construction in marsh thawing permafrost,cold area,mountainous areas and pipe cutting,etc.Then,the direction of research on pipeline techniques and equipment is proposed,which can be followed as reference to improving the pipeline construction level and pointing out the direction of research on pipeline construction.
