强骨胶囊和雷尼酸锶对骨质疏松大鼠正畸牙移动的影响

摘要 1目的观察强骨胶囊和雷尼酸锶对骨质疏松大鼠正畸牙移动的影响,以指导临床骨质疏松患者的正畸治疗。2方法 4周龄SD雄性大鼠60只,随机分为对照组、实验组、强骨胶囊组、雷尼酸锶组。给予实验组、强骨胶囊组、雷尼酸锶组维甲酸持续2周,建立骨质疏松模型。建模成功后给予强骨胶囊组、雷尼酸锶组相应药物,并在给药2周后,为所有大鼠加装正畸牙移动装置。分别在加力后的7、14、21d分批处死大鼠。测量牙移动距离,检测血中钙(Ca)、磷(P)及碱性磷酸酶(ALP)含量。3结果加力后的第7天,各组大鼠牙移动距离及血中钙、磷、碱性磷酸酶含量无明显差异;加力14d时,实验组牙移动距离大于强骨胶囊组,血中Ca、P及ALP含量低于强骨胶囊组和雷尼酸锶组;加力21d时,实验组相对强骨胶囊组和雷尼酸锶组在牙移动距离及血中Ca、P及ALP含量方面均出现明显差异。4结论两种药物均能改善大鼠骨质疏松症状,降低牙移动速度;并且雷尼酸锶的用药效果先于强骨胶囊出现。 Objective Observe effects of orthodontic tooth movement on qianggu capsule and strontium ranelate for osteoporosis rats,to guide clinical treatment of osteoporosis patients.Methods 4weeks,60 male SD rats were randomly divided into control group,the experimental control group,qianggu capsule group,strontium ranelate group.Gave the experimental control group,qianggu capsule group,strontium ranelate group retinoic acid,established osteoporosis model for 2weeks.After successful modeling administered in qianggu capsule group and strontium ranelate group,corresponded to the drug for 2weeks and complete installation of all orthodontic tooth movement in rats devices.Respectively,executed the rats afterwards in 7,14 and 21days.Measuring the distance of Tooth movement,testing blood calcium,phosphorus and alkaline phosphatase.Results 7days after the afterburner,tooth movement,blood calcium,phosphorus and alkaline phosphatase in each experiment group had no obvious difference;afterburner 14 days,tooth movement distance of the experimental control group was greater than qianggu capsule group,serum calcium,phosphorus and alkaline phosphatase lower than qianggu capsule group,tooth movement distance of the experimental control group was greater than strontium ranelate group,serum calcium,phosphorus and alkaline phosphatase content was less than strontium ranelate group;after 21 days afterburner,the experimental control group relative to the after drug treatment were significant difference in tooth movement blood calcium,phosphorus and alkaline phosphatase.Conclusion Both drugs can improve symptoms of osteoporosis in rats,reducing tooth movement speed,and with the increase time of treatment before the effect of strontium ranelate on qianggu capsule appears.
