摘要
目的 :观察骨碎补总黄酮对急性炎症、炎症早期的毛细血管渗透性增高、棉球诱发肉芽肿的作用。方法 :采用二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀试验、醋酸所致小鼠毛细血管渗透试验及大鼠蛋清足跖肿胀试验、大鼠棉球肉芽肿增生试验 ,观察骨碎补总黄酮的抗炎作用。结果 :骨碎补总黄酮对二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀有一定的抑制作作用 ,和对照组比较有明显差异 (P <0 .0 1、P <0 .0 5 ) ;对醋酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管扩张和渗透性增高 ,有拮抗作用 ,大剂量组和对照组比较有明显差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;对蛋清造成大鼠足跖肿胀、棉球诱发的肉芽肿有抑制作用 ,和对照组比较有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :骨碎补总黄酮具有抗炎作用 ,并能抑制毛细血管渗透性的增高。
AIM:To investigate the anti-inflammatory effect of assemble flavonoids isolated from rhizoma drynariae.METHOD:Four inflammatory models were established with Kunming strain mice and Wistar rat respectly.RESULT:Assemble flavone isolated from rhizoma drynariae inhibited the ear edema induced by xylene in mice at the dose of 324,162,81 mg/kg;showed antagonistic action to capillary dilation and osmosis heightening by vinegar in mice at the dose of 324 mg/kg,inhibited the paw swelling induced by egg albumin and granuloma hyperplastic induced by tampon in rats at the dose of 324,162 mg/kg.CONCLUSION:Assemble flavonoids isolated from rhizoma drynariae has anti-inflammatory effect.
