摘要
系统分析了矸石充填支架捣实机构结构形式及其作用与功能,并着重对现有捣实机构存在的问题进行了研究。在此基础上,以唐口煤矿ZC7500/20/40型六柱支撑式充填支架为例,对捣实机构结构形式和举升方式进行了优化,结果表明,改进后的捣实机构克服了原设计存在的问题,较好地满足了生产需要。
Systematic analyzed the structure and function of ramming mechanism designing for gangue backfilling, and emphatically studied the problem of the ramming mechanism. Based on which, with the example of the ZC7500/20/40 six pillar hydrautic support which designed for Tangkou mine, the optimized method of the ramming mechanism and lifting method were introduced. The results show that the improved ramming mechanism can overcome the problems of the original design and meet the requirements of production.
