摘要
目的探讨红外偏振光照射星状神经节联合颈2椎旁神经阻滞治疗颈源性头痛的临床疗效。方法 30例颈源性头痛患者,分为两组,A组为治疗组,采用颈2椎旁神经阻滞治疗法配合红外偏振光照射星状神经节;B组为对照组,采用颈2椎旁神经阻滞治疗法。分别记录治疗前、治疗后的视觉模拟评分、生活质量评分。结果两组治疗后视觉模拟评分和生活质量评分均较术前明显改善。A组在治疗后视觉模拟评分和生活质量评分均较B组差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论红外偏振光照射星状神经节可以有效缓解颈源性头痛的症状,适合临床应用。
Objective To explore the effect of the polarized infrarelight irradiated the stellate ganglion combined with local injection on cervical 2 processus transversus for patients in cervical genic headache. Method Thirty patients with cervical genic headache were randomly allocated into 2 groups： Group A（15 cases） were given local injection on cervical 2 processus transversus combined with the polarized infrarelight irradiated the stellate ganglion. Group B（15 cases） were only given local injection on cervical 2 processus transversus.The visual analogous scale（VAS）, quality of life（QOL） were recorded before and after the treatment. Result The VAS and QOL of all patients were improved after treatment. After the treatment, the VAS and QOL of group A was significant difference with group B. Conclusion The polarized infrarelight irradiated the stellate ganglion in cervical genic headache is effect, suitable for clinical application.
