摘要
目的分析中医骨伤手法联合中药内服对颈椎病的效果。方法选取2016年3月—2017年4月收治的200例颈椎病患者作为研究对象。根据随机数字法的原则,将200例患者划分为实验组与常规组。常规组采取中药内服进行治疗;实验组在常规组基础上,联合骨伤手法进行治疗。对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果两组患者经过不同的治疗后,实验组患者的治疗总有效率(98.00%)高于常规组治疗总有效率(87.00%),组间数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医骨伤手法联合中药内服对颈椎病的效果突出,能够有效的改善患者的颈部肌肉,对于患者的生存质量有明显改善。
Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine bone injury manipulation combined with traditional Chinese medicine oncervical spondylosis. Methods From March 2016 to April 2017, a total of200 cases of patients with cervical spondylosis were selected as this study objects. According to the principle of random number method, 200 patients were divided into the experimental group and the conventional group.The conventional group was treated with Chinese medicine orally. The experimental group was treated with bone injury manipulation on the basis of the conventional group. The clinical effect of two groups of patients was compared. Results After the two groups of patients after different treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group（98.00%） was higher than that of the conventional group（87.00%）, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine combined with oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine is effective for cervical spondylosis. It can effectively improve the neck muscles of patients, and improve the quality of life of patients.
