摘要
目的探讨颈源性头痛、头晕的诊断与治疗。方法总结2001年1月～2006年10月所治疗的136例颈源性头痛、头晕病例资料,初次治疗按病程全部采用保守治疗。结果一个疗程后总有效率82.35%,136例中有4例病人因椎动脉受压严重而采取了手术治疗。结论治疗颈源性头痛、头晕关键在于准确诊断以及判断发病的主要原因,对于大部分病人,保守治疗可以获得满意疗效。
Objective Discussion of cervicogenic headache, dizziness in the diagnosis and treatment. Methods concluded in January 2001 to October 2006 by the treatment of 136 cases of cervical headache, dizziness cases, the initial course of treatment by using all of conservative treatment. Results a course after the total efficiency 82.35%, 136 cases in four patients because of the vertebral artery pressure to take a serious and surgical treatment. Conclusion treatment of cervical headache, dizziness key is accurate diagnosis and determine the incidence of the main reasons for most patients, can be satisfied with the conservative treatment efficacy.
