某车型轮罩板开裂CAE优化分析

摘要 针对某新型客车在整车可靠性道路试验中出现的左前轮罩钣金开裂问题,基于CAE模拟对左前轮罩板结构的刚度和强度进行分析,并对轮罩板进行了结构优化,通过仿真分析结果确定了最终的结构优化方案,并经过了整车可靠性道路耐久试验的验证,合理解决了轮罩板的钣金开裂问题。 The left front wheel cowling plate cracking problem is found in the reliability road test of a new type of bus.The stiffness and strength of the left front wheel cowling structure are analyzed based on CAE simulation.The structure optimization of the wheel cowling plate is also carried out.The final structure optimization scheme is determined by the simulation results.It has passed the reliability and durability road verification test of the vehicle.It solves the wheel cowling plate cracking problem reasonably.
