摘要
利用CAE技术对面架注塑成型过程进行模拟,并发现塑件及模具设计问题.根据模拟结果,对设计塑件及模具提出修改意见,以提高生产产品质量.
In order to simulate the injection molding process of Surface Frame, the CAE technology is used,plastic parts and mold design problems are found. And the suggestions on amend ment for the structure of the plastic parts and mold are given by taking into account the simulation resuhs,which are helpful to improve the quality of production.
