摘要 运用Moldflow软件对汽车扰流板注塑成型过程进行模流分析,得到其填充、冷却、翘曲分析结果,分析得出影响翘曲量的最主要因素是体积收缩。通过正交试验设计分析各工艺参数对翘曲量的影响规律。结果表明,熔体温度为220℃,模具温度为40℃,注射时间为6 s,保压压力为85 MPa,保压时间为27 s时,翘曲量最小。模拟实验结果表明,此优化后的工艺参数组合减少了翘曲量。 Moldflow software was used to make the moldflow analysis of car spoiler injection molding,and then get its filling,cooling and warpage results.It was found that volume shrinkage was the main factor of warpage.The orthogonal experimental method was applied to study the effects of each technological parameter on the warpage.The analysis results showed that when the melt temperature was at 220 ℃,mold temperature was 40 ℃,injection time was 6 s,hold pressure was 85 MPa,packing time was 27 s,and the warpage value achieved the minimum.This optimized molding process parameter combination was verified by simulation that it can reduce the warping.
