摘要
针对齿轮箱开裂问题,为了了解齿轮箱的动态特性,通过仿真与试验相结合的研究方法对齿轮箱进行了模态分析,对比两种情况分析结果,验证了仿真分析的正确性和可靠性;同时对试验数据进行时域分析及频率分析,为齿轮箱动态响应分析及结构动力学修改提供理论依据。
For gearbox cracking problems,to understand the dynamic characteristic of the gearbox;the modal analysis was carried out on the gearbox by combining the simulation research method and the experimental research method, the results were compared from two analysis cases,it is proved that the simulation analysis is the correctness and reliability;at the same time, the test data are analyzed in time domain and frequency domain analysis, it provides the theory basis for the dynamic response analysis and structural dynamics modification of the gearbox.
