摘要
建立了斜齿轮传动系统 (斜齿轮、轴与轴承 )的弯曲—扭转—轴向—扭摆耦合振动的动力学模型 ,推导了其振动微分方程 ,计算了风力发电机组增速箱FH6 6 0的传动系统的振动响应 ,并进行了三维有限元模态分析。对斜齿轮传动系统进行了很好的数值模拟 ,为斜齿轮传动系统的动态设计提供了有效的方法。
A dynamic model for coupled vibration of a helical gear transmission system is developed,in which the flexional,torsional,axial and rotational motion are considered.The dynamic differential equation is gained.The vibration response of the transmission system in the accelerate box FH660 of wind power generators was calculated.At the same time,I analyzed the three dimensional mode using finite element method.The helical gear transmission system is simulated well.It provides effective method for dynamic design of the helical gear transmission system.
