摘要
建立了考虑轮齿啮合刚度的斜齿轮传动系统弯-扭-轴-摆耦合振动有限元模型,阐述了基于有限元的动态特性灵敏度分析及结构动力修改方法。对斜齿轮传动系统耦合振动有限元模型进行了模态分析,在此基础上对系统进行了动态特性灵敏度分析,提出了一种改善动态特性的齿轮传动系统动力修改方法,为结构动力修改理论在工程实践中的应用作了有益的尝试。
The finite-element model set with the meshed stiffness matrix of coupling vibration for the bevel gear transmission is established, and the technology of sensibility analysis of dynamic character and dynamic modification is elaborated. The dynamic characteristics of bending-tensional-axial-swing coupling vibration are calculated. The sensibility analysis of dynamic character is carried out using the results of finite-element analysis. A dynamic modification method for improving system dynamic characteristics is presented. The practice of this paper made valuable attempts of the engineering application for the dynamic modification of structure.
