摘要
目的观察优质护理服务在人工关节置换患者护理中应用的效果。方法选取我院2014年6月~2016年1月实现人工关节置换患者共87例,随机分为为对照和观察组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组给予优质护理服务,比较两组患者的护理满意度。结果观察组的护理满意率为86.36%,对照组护理满意率为60.46%,观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论优质护理服务应用与人工关节置换患者中,可缩短康复时间,减少并发症,提升满意度。
Objective To observe the application effect of the high quality nursing service in nursing for prosthetic replacement. Methods To selected 87 cases patients who received prosthetic replacement from June 2014 to January 2016 and randomly divided into two groups. The 43 cases of the control group was treated by routine nursing, and the 44 cases of the treatment group was given high quality nursing service, to compared the nursing satisfaction of them. Results The nursing satisfaction of the treatment group was 86.36%, the control group was 60.46%, the nursing satisfaction of the treatment group was significantly greater than the control, there was statistical significance（P0.05）. Conclusion High quality nursing service can significantly shorten the recovery time, reduce the complications and improve the satisfaction of patients of prosthetic replacement.
