摘要
转筒式污泥干燥机是目前常规化的污泥处理设备。如何确定污泥在转筒内的运动状态,直接影响污泥的干燥效率,本文通过有限元分析软件ANSYS,结合流体力学理论,建立实体模型及数学模型,定性分析滚筒内的流体流动状态,为改进滚筒结构提供了理论支持。
Drum type sludge dryer is the conventional sludge treatment equipment, how to determine the sludge in the motion state of the inner cylinder directly influenced the sludge drying efficiency of the, by using finite element analysis software ANSYS on the basis of the theory of fluid mechanics, to establish the physical model and mathematical model, the qualitative analysis of the flow state of fluid in the drum, provides the theoretical support for the improvement of the structure of the drum.
