土地回用污泥薄层干燥特性研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文针对厚度分别为2.5,5,7.5,10,12.5mm的污泥,加热温度控制在50,75,100,125,150℃,加热时间设置为90min,进行恒温干燥实验,研究污泥干燥的变化规律。结果表明,污泥的质量和含水率随干燥时间减小;在相同的干燥时间下,随着干燥温度的升高,污泥的质量越来越小,污泥的含水率也越来越低,但是干燥温度超过100℃以后,干燥速率增长较缓;不同厚度污泥的最终含水率随着污泥厚度的增加而增加,2.5mm和5mm的污泥较薄,污泥水分容易受热蒸发去除,10mm和15mm厚度较大,污泥水分干燥较慢。 In this paper,the sludge with thickness of 2.5mm,5mm,7.5mm,10 mm and 12.5mm was heated at 50℃,75℃,100℃,125℃and 150℃,and the heating time was set at 90 min.the constant temperature drying experiment was carried out to study the change rule of sludge drying.The results showed that the mass and moisture content of sludge decreased with the drying time;under the same drying time,the mass and moisture content of sludge decreased with the increase of drying temperature,and the moisture content of sludge also decreased,but the drying rate increased slowly when the drying temperature was over 100℃;the final moisture content of sludge with different thickness increased with the increase of sludge thickness,2.5mm and 5m The thickness of 10 m m and 15 mm is larger,and the drying of sludge water is slower.
