摘要
针对高职生物制药技术专业就业岗位群的特点,提出了对"发酵工程"课程教学大纲设置、教学模式、教学方法等方面的改进建议。通过多个教学过程中的实践案例,阐述了创设学习情境、任务驱动式教学、生产性实训等教学模式的具体应用,并介绍了微课程、模拟仿真软件等多种取得良好效果的信息化教学方法尝试。
Suggestions on the improvement of teaching contents, teaching mode and teaching methods of the course of Fermentation Engineering were proposed based on the employment positions. Several examples were presented to elaborate the practices of educational ideas such as learning scenario construction, task-driven learning, productive practical training, etc. Several successful informationized teaching methods, including micro-lectures and simulation software were also introduced.
