摘要
目的建立离子色谱法测定PM2.5中F^-、Cl^-、Br^-、NO^-_3、SO^(2-)_4、PO^(3-)_46种阴离子。方法样品经水提取,用离子色谱仪进行测定。结果在测定条件下,样品干扰低,6种阴离子分离度高于2.6,在各自线性范围内,相关系数均>0.999,F^-、Cl^-、Br^-、NO^-_3、SO^(2-)_4、PO^(3-)_4的检出限分别为0.000 38μg/m^3、0.000 77μg/m^3、0.001 15μg/m^3、0.001 15μg/m^3、0.001 15μg/m^3、0.001 92μg/m^3,各个组分回收率为91.0%~107.0%,相对标准偏差为0.5%~4.9%。结论该方法样品处理简便、快速,方法的灵敏度高、重现性好,可用于雾霾空气PM2.5中6种阴离子的检测。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of 6 anions( F--,Cl--,Br--,NO--_3,SO-(2-)_4,PO-(3-)_4) in PM2. 5 by ion- chromatograghy. Methods The samples were extracted with water and determined by ion- chromatograghy.Results The resolution of 6 anions was greater than 2. 6 under the determination conditions with low interference on the samples. The correlation coefficients of 6 anions were all greater than 0. 999,and the limits of detection( LODs) of F--,Cl--,Br--,NO--_3,SO-(2-)_4and PO-(3-)_4were 0. 000 38 μg / m3,0. 000 77 μg/m3,0. 001 15 μg/m3,0. 001 15 μg/m3,0. 001 15 μg/m3and0. 001 92 μg / m3,respectively. The recovery rates of each group were among 91. 0%- 107. 0%,with the relative standard deviations( RSDs) of 0. 5%- 4. 9%. Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,sensitive with good reproducibility,and it is suitable for the determination of 6 anions in PM2. 5.
