摘要
建立离子色谱法测定饮用和地下水中F–、BrO3–、Cl–、NO2–、NO3–和SO42–6种阴离子。选用IonPac AS19色谱柱(4 mm×250 mm),NaOH梯度淋洗,抑制电导检测,方法检出限为0.01~0.02 mg/L。对水样进行6次平行测定,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.1%~2.1%,加标回收率为71.0%~111.3%。该方法灵敏度高,准确、可靠,适用于饮用水和地下水中阴离子的的检测。
A method was developed for the determination of fluorid, bromate, chloride, nitrite, nitrate and sulfate in drinking water and groudwater by ion chromatography. The separation of six anions was performed on IonPac AS19 analytic column(4 mm × 250 mm) with an eluent containing NaOH. The detection limit of the method was 0.01-0.02 mg / L. The water sample was detected by the method and the relative standard deviation of the results was 1.1%-2.1% ( n=6 ). The recovery ranged from 71.0% to 111.3%. The method was sensitive, accurate and suitable for the determination of anions in drinking water and groudwater.
