摘要
根据JJF 1059.1—2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》,对高效液相色谱法测定大气细颗粒物(PM_(2.5))中多环芳烃(PAHs)含量的不确定度进行评定。依据中国疾病预防控制中心《空气污染(雾霾)对人群健康影响监测与防护工作手册(2020)》进行采样和检测,从样品采集、样品提取、标准溶液配制、标准曲线拟合、测量重复性5个方面分析多环芳烃含量的不确定度。苯并[b]荧蒽、苯并[k]荧蒽、苯并[a]芘的测定结果分别为(1.16±0.0554)、(0.987±0.0596)、(0.486±0.0384)ng/m³(k=2)。测量结果的不确定度主要来自标准曲线拟合和标准溶液配制,应加强这两方面的质量控制。
According to JJF 1059.1—2012 Evaluation and Expression of Measurement Uncertainty,the uncertainty of the determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)in atmospheric fine particulate matter(PM_(2.5))by high performance liquid chromatography was evaluated.Sampling and testing were carried out in accordance with the Work Manual for Monitoring and Protection of the Impact of Air Pollution(Smog)on Human Health(2020)by the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention.The uncertainty of PAHs content was analyzed from five aspects:sample collection,sample extraction,standard solution preparation,standard curve fitting and measurement repeatability.The results of benzo[b]fluoranthene,benzo[k]fluoranthene and benzo[a]pyrene were(1.16±0.0554),(0.987±0.0596),(0.486±0.0384)ng/m³(k=2),respectively.The uncertainty of the measurement results mainly come from curve fitting and standard solution preparation,and the quality control of these two aspects should be strengthened.
