摘要
机电一体化技术专业项目导向的"五化"人才培养模式,即为学生学习搭建减速器拆装与测绘、钳工基础训练、电工电子综合实训、普车拆装实训、数控车床拆装与应用等16个项目贯穿三年全过程的"项目化平台",开发与16个项目相配套的"能力化课程",实施干什么、怎么干、为什么这么干的"标准化教学",教学中全方位融入"岗位化素养",最终按照P(人员)、Q(质量)、V(速度)、C(成本)顺序对学生实施"企业化评价"。经过探索与实践,以项目为导向的"五化"人才培养模式显著提升了人才培养质量。
Project-Oriented "Five Direction"Personnel Training Mode in mechanical and electrical specialty is a "Project-based Platform"including 16 projects such as reducer assembly and disassembly,mapping,fitter basic training,electrical and electronic integrated training,Lathe assembly and disassembly training,CNC assembly,disassembly and application etc which runs through the whole courses for 3 years.It also contains the development of "Ability Courses"supporting these 16 projects,implementing the "Standard Teaching"of what,how and why,comprehensively integrating "Post Quality"in the courses and finally implementing "Enterprise Evaluation"for students in accordance with P(people),Q(quality),V(velocity)and C(cost).After exploration and practice,project-oriented "five direction "personnel training mode significantly improved the quality of personnel training.
