摘要
随着战略性新兴产业——LED半导体照明产业的迅速发展,对高端技能型专门人才有迫切的需求。文章在对应用电子技术(LED新型电光源)专业进行人才需求分析的基础上,根据专业人才的培养目标,探索实施"校企集聚、三三工学结合"的人才培养模式。通过该人才培养模式的实施,取得了较好的培养效果。
With the development of strategic emerging industries--LED semiconductor lighting industry is developing rapidly,the high skilled talents are in urgent demand.In this paper,the application of electronic technology(LED model electric light source) professional talent demand analysis foundation,according to the goals of cultivating professional talents,explore the implementation of ' school-enterprise agglomeration,three-three combination' talents cultivation mode.Through the implementation of talent training mode,obtained better training effect.
