摘要
基于对本地电子行业人才需求及企业岗位能力要求的调研与分析,按照能力递进规律对职业岗位能力进行分层,将电子专业人才培养过程分为专业基本能力培养层、专业核心能力培养层和综合职业能力培养层,并将创新能力培养和职业素质训导贯穿其中,由此形成"3+2"人才培养模式。在此过程中,校企共同制订应用电子技术专业人才培养方案,共同组织实施工学结合的专业人才培养过程,共同考核人才培养质量。
Based on the talents needs of the local electronics industry and investigation and analysis on capacity requirements of corporate positions,in accordance with the capacity progressive laws on the ability of professional positions layered,electronic specialty talents training process is divided into the basic competencies of professional training level,training level of professional core competencies and comprehensive vocational capacity-building level,and innovative ability and the professional quality discipline is run through the talent cultivation process,and th"e3+2"talents training mode is formed.In this process,the school and enterprise develop specialty training plan together,organize the implementation of engineering professionals with the training process and assess the quality of personnel training jointly.
