摘要 针对离心萃取机不适用于轻重两相相比相差较大的工艺场合问题,本级回流装置可以在不改变萃取工艺以及离心萃取机设备本身的前提下,解决大相比情况下离心萃取机的实际应用问题。介绍了适用于离心萃取机的本级回流装置的结构及工作原理,试验了其工作性能,结果显示:开启本级回流装置后,离心萃取机内的轻重两相实际相比由之前的62.5:1减小为20:1,反萃余液中有效组分的浓度提高了23.5%。本级回流装置结构简单,操作方便,不仅能在萃取机中实现不同的相比,而且还可以简化离心萃取机的开机操作,对于整个萃取工段的稳定运行具有促进作用,极大地提高了离心萃取机的应用范围。 For the problem that centrifugal extractor was not suitable for the process conditions of high ratio of light phase and heavy phase,the same stage's reflux unit provided solutions for the application of centrifugal extractor in high ratio of two phases without changing the extraction process and centrifugal extractor itself.This paper introduced the structure and working principle of the same stage's reflux unit suitable for centrifugal extractor,and tested its performance. The results showed that after starting the same stage's reflux unit,the actual ratio of light phase and heavy phase in centrifugal extractor reduced to 20:1from the initial 62.5:1,and the concentration of effective component in back extraction raffinate increased by 23.5%.The same stage's reflux unit had the advantages of simple structure and convenient operation,which not only could realize different phases ratio in centrifugal extractor, but also simplified the centrifugal extractor boot operation. This unit had a promoting effects on the stable operation of the whole extraction section,and greatly improved the application range of centrifugal extractor.
