摘要
利用web of science(德文特)数据库,对稀土提取与分离技术领域的专利信息进行了分析,主要涉及全球的专利申请总量总体趋势、专利申请地区分布情况、专利技术布局、专利权人、高被引用专利分析。建议充分利用高等院校及企业优势,加强核心技术开发和企业自主创新能力。
Patent analysis on the extraction and separation technology of the rare earth was employed with web of science（ Derwent Innovations index）. This paper mainly contained the analysis of the general trend of patent applications,regional distribution of patent applications,technical distribution of patent applications,patent applicant and highly cited patents. It is proposed to strengthen core technology development and enterprises＇ independent innovation ability with making full use of the advantages of universities and enterprises.
