离心萃取机充氮测氧系统的设计与应用

摘要 针对离心萃取机处理正辛烷、甲基叔丁基醚及乙酸叔丁酯等易燃、易爆、有毒物质出现的安全问题,设计一整套离心萃取机充氮测氧系统,对设备进行充氮保护并实时检测设备内氧含量,保证设备的安全稳定运行。解决了氮气进气引起的压力波动导致设备内气液平衡被破坏的问题,确定了离心萃取机压力波动范围,并进行模拟验证;设计充氮测氧系统全自动控制系统与控制逻辑,实现氧含量与压力值的自动调节。 Considering the safety matters of the centrifugal extractor in processing inflammable and explosive and toxic materials like normal octane,MTBE and tert-butyl acetate,a set of nitrogen-filling and oxygen-measuring system for the centrifugal extractor was designed to protect the equipment with nitrogen and to detect the oxygen content there in real time to ensure a safe and stable operation of the equipment so that the gas-liquid unbalance in the equipment caused by the pressure fluctuation that the nitrogen gas inlet incurred can be resolved and the pressure fluctuation range of the centrifugal extractor can be determined,including the simulation of it and designing both nitrogen-filling control system and control logic to realize auto-regulation of both oxygen content and pressure value.
