摘要 以往血管细胞黏附分子1(VCAM-1)的研究多聚焦于其在参与炎症调节以及细胞免疫应答反应等方面。但最近VCAM-1被证实参与肿瘤的形成、扩散、转移等过程。VCAM-1在不同组织的差异生物学表达状态在肿瘤发生、发展过程的各个阶段发挥了重要的作用。研究VCAM-1在肿瘤中表达的意义,有助于进一步了解肿瘤发生、发展及转移过程,对疾病的临床治疗、药物靶向治疗和预后评估均有重要意义。 Early studies of vascular cell adhesion molecule-1( VCAM-1) are mostly focused on inflammatory regulation and cellular immune responses,while recent studies showed that an elevated level of VCAM-1 in a number of tumor cells is involved in angiogenesis and metastasis process. Studies showed that differential expression of VCAM-1 in various tissues plays diversely important roles in every step of tumor development. The study on the meaning of strongly expressed VCAM-1 in tumors,helps to understand the occurrence,development and metastasis of cancer,which has great significance for the clinical treatment,drug targeted remedy and prognosis.
