摘要
目的探讨中频电疗联合针刺对慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者分泌型免疫球蛋白A(SIg A)及血管细胞黏附因子-1(VCAM-1)表达的影响。方法选取我院门诊2013年8月~2017年4月收治的500例老年慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组各250例。对照组患者给予中频电疗,研究组患者在对照组基础上给予针刺治疗,比较两组患者的效果、SIg A及VCAM-1的表达水平。结果研究组患者的总有效率为98.00%,显著高于对照组的82.80%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前前列腺液SIg A、前列腺液及血清VCAM-1水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组前列腺液SIg A、前列腺液及血清VCAM-1水平较治疗前均降低,研究组显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中频电疗联合针刺对慢性非细菌性前列腺炎具有较好的效果,其通过调节SIg A及VCAM-1表达水平,抑制炎症反应。
Objective To investigate the effect of medium frequency electrical stimulation combined with acupuncture on SIg A and VCAM-1 expression in patients with chronic nonbacterial prostatitis.Methods A total of 500 elderly patients with chronic nonbacterial prostatitis were enrolled in our hospital from August 2013 to April 2017.The patients were divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method,250 cases in each group, The control group was given moderate frequency of chemotherapy,the study group was given intermediate frequency electrotherapy combined with acupuncture treatment.The efficacy,SIg A and VCAM-1 expression levels of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group (98.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group (82.80%)(P〈0.05).Before treatment,the levels of prostatic fluid SIg A,prostatic fluid and serum VCAM-1 of the two groups were not statistically significant (P〉0.05).After treatment,the levels of the prostatic fluid SIg A,prostatic fluid serum VCAM-1 of the two groups were reduced,and that of the study group were lower than control group,the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05).Conclusion Medium frequency electrical stimulation combined with acupuncture has a good effect on the treatment of chronic nonbacterial prostatitis,which adjust the expression of SIg A and VCAM-1 and inhibits the inflammatory response.
