Interventional therapy of diabetic lower extremity vascular disease

摘要 目的:探讨对糖尿病下肢血管病变患者行介入治疗的临床效果。方法随机选取许昌市中心医院2012年7月至2014年12月收治的糖尿病下肢血管病变患者46例(50支),对患者行下肢动脉数字减影血管造影术检查,并根据检查结果对患者实施介入治疗,对患者的治疗结果进行回顾性分析。结果46例糖尿病性下肢血管病变患者行介入治疗,手术成功40例,失败6例;患者经治疗后其临床症状和体征得到明显改善,其踝肱指数明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论对糖尿病下肢血管病变患者进行介入治疗疗效理想,安全可靠,对于缓解患者临床症状、提高患者的生存质量具有十分积极的作用。 Objective To investigate the clinical effects of interventional therapy for patients with diabetic lower extremity vascular diseases. Methods Forty-six diabetic patients with lower extremi-ty vascular diseases (50 branches) from July 2012 to December 2014 were randomly selected. Patients received lower limb arterial digital subtraction angiography examination, and according to examination re-sults, interventional treatments were carried out, treatment results of patients were retrospectively ana-lyzed. Results Forty-six diabetic patients with lower extremity vascular diseases underwent intervention-al treatment, 40 cases were successful and 6 cases failed; clinical symptoms and signs of patients were improved obviously after treatment, ABI increased significantly, and the differences were significant ( P〈0. 05 ) . Conclusions Interventional therapy for patients with diabetic lower extremity vascular dis-eases, cthe urative effect is significant and is safe and reliable. It can promote remission of clinical symp-toms and plays a very positive role in improving patients’ quality of life.
