摘要
目的探讨临床护理路径在糖尿病膝下动脉闭塞症患者球囊扩张成形术中的应用。方法将62例行球囊扩张成形术的糖尿病膝下动脉闭塞症患者随机分为观察组和对照组各31例,观察组采用临床护理路径,对照组采用传统护理模式,比较2组患者对护理质量满意度、疾病相关知识掌握度、住院天数及住院费用等。结果观察组患者对护理质量的满意度和对疾病相关知识的掌握程度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),住院天数和住院费用则显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径能显著提高糖尿病膝下动脉闭塞症患者对护理质量的满意度,缩短住院时间及降低住院费用。
Objective To investigate the application of clinical nursing path in treatment of diabetic patients with microballoon dilatation angioplasty for arteriosclerosis obliterans of infrapopliteal arteries. Methods A total of 62 diabetic patients with micro- balloon dilatation angioplasty for arteriosclerosis obliterans of infrapopliteal arteries were randomly divided into observation group and control group,31 cases in each group. The observation group was conducted with clinical nursing path,while the control group was conducted with conventional nursing mode. Satisfactory degree toward nursing,master degree of relevant knowledge of the disease,hospital stay and hospitalization costs were compared between two groups. Results The satisfactory degree toward nursing and master degree of relevant knowledge of the disease in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）,while the hospital stay and the cost were significantly shorter and lower than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Clinical nursing path can significantly improve satisfactory degree toward nursing,shorten hospital stay and reduce hospitalization costs in diabetic patients with microballoon dilatation angioplasty for arteriosclerosis obliterans of infrapopliteal arteries,so it is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
