摘要
目的观察显微手术治疗高血压脑出血的疗效。方法选取在我院住院治疗60例手术患者,随机分为两组,每组30例。对照组采用常规开颅手术清除血肿,观察组采用显微手术清除血肿,对比两组患者的手术疗效、预后情况及并发症情况。结果观察组血肿清除率、生存率及术后再发出血例数低于对照组,治疗3个月后,存活患者中观察组患者的神经功能预后优良率为64.3%,高于对照组的52.0%。两组结果比较均有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论显微手术治疗高血压脑出血,可以显著提高高血压脑出血的手术疗效。
Objective To observe the curative effect of microsurgery for treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 60 patients with surgical treatment in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases in each group. The control group used conventional craniotomy to remove the hematoma, the observation group was used to remove the hematoma, compared with two groups of patients with surgical treatment, prognosis and complications. Results The hematoma clearance rate, survival rate and postoperative recurrent bleeding were lower in the observation group than in the control group, 3 months after treatment, the survival rate of the patients in the observation group was 64.3%, higher than that of the control group 52.0%. The results of the two groups were statistically significant, P〈0.05. Conclusion Microsurgical treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, can significantly improve the operation effect of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
