摘要
目的讨论并分析在斜视治疗中采用显微外科手术的临床效果。方法选取70例斜视患者为研究对象,对照组行常规手术治疗,观察组行显微外科手术治疗,对比并分析两组患者的治疗情况。结果两组患者在手术时间、术中出血量等方面比较,观察组均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在斜视患者的治疗中,采用显微外科手术治疗的方法具有一定的临床价值,方法值得借鉴。
ObjectiveTo discuss and analyze in strabismus treatment use the the clinical effect of microsurgical operation.Methods 70 cases of strabismus patients as the research object, the control group received routine operation therapy, the observation group underwent microsurgical operation treatment, comparison and analysis of treatment of two groups of patients.Results Compared two groups of patients with bleeding in the operation time, intraoperative, observation group were signiifcantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion In the treatment of patients with strabismus, adopt the method of microscopic surgery has certain clinical value, method is worth using for reference.
