摘要
采用ANSYS CFX流场仿真软件,分析温度边界条件对液力减速器空载力矩及制动力矩的影响,并模拟通过控制入口、出口压力边界条件来实现对液力减速器工作腔充液率及制动力矩的控制.结果表明,边界温度变化对空载力矩影响较大,而对制动力矩影响甚微;出口压力的变化是影响制动力矩的主要因素,并通过该方法有效地获取了制动力矩控制曲线.
The paper adopts ANSYS CFX flow field simulation analysis software to analyze the effect of temperature boundary condition on empty load torque and breaking torque of hydraulic retarder,and simulates the control to work cavity volume of fraction and braking torque by modulating inlet and outlet pressure condition. Results show that temperature condition works greatly on empty load torque,but small on braking torque; the outlet pressure is the principal factor affecting braking torque,and the control curve of the braking torque has been obtained by this means.
