进口压力对涡轮阻尼器性能影响计算分析和实验研究 被引量:2

CFD and Experiment Research on the Inlet Pressure Effect on Turbine Damper

摘要 为了研究进口压力对涡轮阻尼器性能的影响,采用CFD数值计算和实验验证的方法,分析了不同进口压力对转子阻尼系数及内流场的影响,结果表明:空化是涡轮阻尼器阻尼系数的重要影响因素,进口压力是涡轮阻尼器腔内是否产生空化的关键因素.在特定运行转速下,当进口压力值低于某一临界空化压力时,涡轮阻尼器腔内会产生空化,且随着进口压力的增大,空化程度逐渐减弱,阻尼系数逐步增大;当进口压力大于某一临界空化压力时,腔内不会产生空化,阻尼系数达到最大值并保持不变。 To study the performance of a turbine damper influenced by inlet pressure, CFX software was used to solve transient two-phase flow for the turbine damper, damper coefficient and the fluid field influenced by different inlet pressure was analyzed. The results showed that: critical cavitation pressure for the turbine damper was increased with the advance of rotor speed. Under certain operated speed, cavitation was produced when the inlet pressure below the critical cavitation pressure. With the advance of the inlet pressure, the cavitation was gradually weakened, but the damper coefficient was progressively increased. Cavitation was not produced when the inlet pressure was greater than the critical cavitation pressure, the damper coefficient remains unchanged. The prototype test was conducted, which verified the theoretical analysis.
