摘要
"三自主"体育教学模式的实施可以充分调动和挖掘学生的体育兴趣和爱好,最大限度地发挥教师的体育专项能力,可以全面提高体育教学的教学效果和质量,全面贯彻"以人为本"的教育理念。对学分制下的北方高校"三自主"体育教学模式实施现状进行分析,总结出"三自主"体育教学理念模糊,教学管理不够规范,教学内容陈旧、单一,缺乏合理创新,教师教学能力有限,教学方法、形式落后,学生体育观念和意识不强,校方引导、组织不力等制约因素;提出提高认识,加强组织管理,健全"三自主"体育教学体系,优化课程设置,合理拓宽"三自主"体育课程内容,加大高校体育场地设施建设,满足"三自主"体育教学物质需求,提高教师教学能力,培养"一专多能"的体育高素质教学人才,采用合理教学方法和手段,完善科学的教学评价机制,发挥教师主导地位,强化管理,确保"三自主"体育教学质量等应对措施,为推动高校体育教学改革进程,使体育更好地教育于全体学生,实现学生身心全面发展的最终教学目标提供理论依据。
The implementation of the ＂triple independent＂ teaching mode can fully motivate students＇ interest in sports and hobbies,and playing maximum the sports special ability,which can improve the general teaching effects and quality in physical education,fully implement the ＂people-oriented＂ education philosophy. Analyzing the present situation of implementing ＂triple independent＂ physical teaching mode in northern colleges and universities under the credit systemt,summed up the ＂triple independent＂ physcial teaching concept is not clear,teaching management is not standard, the obsolete and single teaching content,lack of innovation,teaching ability is limited, backward teaching methods and form,sports concept and consciousness of students are not strong. Put forward to improve awareness,strengthen the organization and management, improve the ＂triple independent＂ physical teaching system,optimizing the curriculums, reasonablely broadening the ＂triple independent＂ physical education curriculum content, increasing the sports facilities construction in universities, and meeting the physical teaching material demand of ＂triple independent＂, improving teachers＇ teaching ability,cultivating physical high-quality talents of multi-skills, using reasonable teaching methods and means,perfecting the scientific teaching evaluation mechanism,playing the leading position of teachers,to strengthen the management,to ensure the physical teaching quality of ＂ triple independent ＂,such as to promote the physical education reform process in universities,make sports better educate all students,realize the final teaching goal of students＇ all round development to provide a theoretical basis.
