摘要
目的通过调查某养老院流感暴发疫情,了解H3N2流感暴发的疫情特点,为控制养老院流感暴发提供依据。方法对病例开展调查,分析其流行病学特征;运用RT-PCR法对流感病毒进行核酸检测。结果此次流感暴发疫情罹患率为27.14%,病例均恢复良好,无重症和死亡病例,采集咽拭子样品15份,流感病毒核酸阳性者8例,均为H3N2型。结论此次暴发疫情为一起甲型H3N2流感暴发。提高聚集性病例的诊断和报告意识,尽早隔离传染源,接种疫苗等综合措施,是预防控制流感暴发流行的关键。
Objective To study the epidemiological characters of an influenza A/H3N2 outbreak in a nursing home,and to provide effective and scientific measures of respiratory diseases prevention and control in nursing home. Methods Every case was investigated every case,and collected epidemiological datas for analysising features. Collected the throat swab samples of the cases,and tested with RT-PCR. Results For this flu out break,the attack rate was 27.14%.No severe or death case was reported. Fifen cases of pharyngealswab were collected and detectioned,and 8 of whom were influenza virus（H3N2）positive. Conclusion This outbreak was a type H3N2.It is key to improve the awareness of reporting and diagnosing for clustering case and isolate the contagion source？of？diseases,and vaccination and other comprehensive m easures for preventing and control of influenza outbreak.
