摘要
以内蒙古省道203线双层连续摊铺试验段为依托,为建立合适的双层连续摊铺施工组织工艺,以平整度扰动为考量对车辆轴载标准进行了研究,计算了压实设备对未养生下基层的压实应力,并以中国北方寒冷地区半刚性基层连续摊铺段为对象,提出了基于平整度理论的车辆限重标准,设计了提高压路机使用效率的施工方案,制定了双层连续摊铺施工进度控制标准,提出了基于流水作业法的施工组织设计方案并在实际工程中成功予以实施。结果表明:双层连续摊铺施工工艺可以有效提高基层施工进度,减少养生时间,但因为施工时施工车辆作用在强度尚未成型的水稳基层上,因此应对车辆轴载进行控制,以保证施工质量。
On the basis of the double layer paving test section of provincial highway 203 in Inner Mongolia,in order to establish the suitable continuous double-layer paving construction technology,the vehicle axle load standard with the consideration of the roughness disturbance was investigated,and the compaction stress of compaction equipment on the roadbase without maintenance was calculated.Taking the semi-rigid continuous double-layer paving of cold region in North China as object,the criterion of vehicle weight limit based on the flatness theory was put forward,the construction scheme of improving the use efficiency of road roller was designed,the construction schedule control standard of continuous double-layer paving construction was established,and the construction organization design plan based on flow process method was proposed and implemented successfully in the actual project. The results show that the continuous double-layer paving construction technology can effectively accelerate the roadbase construction progress and save maintenance time,but because of the construction vehicle action onthe cement stabilized base that the strength is not yet formed during construction,the vehicle axle load should be controlled to ensure the construction quality.
