摘要
针对摊铺机双机梯队施工时在路面两端及两机搭接部位容易产生离析带的问题,通过实体工程,介绍使用DT1800宽幅摊铺机施工来控制离析的方法;还通过分析摊铺机振动频率、振捣频率、摊铺速度与摊铺初始压实度之间的关系,提出了对该宽幅摊铺机参数进行设置的建议,可为同类设备的施工提供参考。
Aimed at the problem that when paving with two pavers side by side, segregation strips could be seen in both ends of the pavement and joint section of the pavers, wide paver DT1800 was introduced to eliminate such segregation. Suggestions on parameter settings were made based on the analysis of the relationship between vibratory frequency and paving speed and initial compaction degree, which provide reference for other wide paver.
