摘要
为了补强宁宿徐高速公路沥青路面的结构,提高其性能和服务水平,采用"PAC-13+PAC-20"双层排水沥青路面结构形式对旧路面进行罩面养护,并对双层排水路面沥青混合料的配合比进行设计,分析上、下排水层的层间黏结性能,以及双层排水沥青路面的排水和降噪功能。研究结果表明:采用0.2kg·m^(-2)的黏层油用量,可保证上、下排水层的层间透水性和黏结性;双层排水沥青路面具有更加优异的排水、降噪功能。
In order to improve the performance and service of Ningsuxu expressway,an overlay of porous asphalt comprised of a PAC-13 layer and a PAC-20 layer was conducted on the existing pavement for structural reinforcement.The mix design for porous asphalt mixture was carried out;the bonding properties between layers were analyzed,as well as the performance of the double-layered porous asphalt pavement in drainage and noise reduction.The results show that an amount of tack coat at 0.2 kg·m^-2 can ensure the water permeability and bonding properties between the upper and lower drainage layers,and porous asphalt pavement with double layers shows excellent performance in drainage and noise reduction.
