Objective: To survey curative effects of DanHong injection combined with doxofylline injection in treating chronic pulmonary heart disease. Methods: Altogether 120 patients were randomly allocated to the observation group and the control group, 60 cases each group, both groups accepted routine treatment, the control group were treated with doxofylline injection simultaneously, the observation group received DanHong injection on the basis of the therapy the control group accepted, both groups were treated for 14 days consecutively. Results: Total effective rate of the observation group was 98.3%, higher than 88.3% of the control group, the observation group was superior to the control group in clinical effects(P〈0.05). LVEF and LVDD in both groups rose remarkably after treating(P〈0.05), while LVSD decreased notably in both groups(P〈0.05); the difference showed statistical meaning in the comparison of LVEF, LVDD and LVSD after treating between both groups(P〈0.05). Symptom integrals lowered notably in both groups after treating(P〈0.05), the observation group was more notable than the control group in the decrease(P〈0.05). The observation group was higher than the control group in life quality scales and six minutes walking test(P〈0.05). Conclusion: DanHong injection combined with doxofylline injection in treating chronic pulmonary heart disease could alleviate clinical symptoms, therefore to improve clinical effects and quality of life.
