摘要
作为社会工作的三大方法之一,小组工作强调运用小组的内动力和互动作用来实现社会功能的恢复与发展。以GC儿童福利院中7名孤残儿童为对象,开展6节小组活动,学习新知识、新文化,调整组员心理,通过前测与后测数据分析,探讨小组工作在儿童福利机构中的应用与成效。结果显示,小组工作对增进孤残儿童关系、丰富儿童生活、解决儿童冲突及矛盾、拓展儿童视野等方面有着积极作用。此外,针对小组工作中出现的问题进行了成因与方法探析。
As one of the three methods of social work, group work emphasized the use of inner motivation and interaction to achieve the recovery and development of social functions. Taking as objects seven or- phaned or disabled children from GC Children Welfare Agency, six session of group activities are arranged to learn new knowledge, new culture, and adjust psychology of group members. Through comparison and anal- ysis of pre - test and post - test data, application and effectiveness of group work in child welfare institutions are explored. The results shows that group work has a positive impact on enhancing the relationship between orphans and disabled children, enriching the lives of children, resolving children conflict, and expanding children's horizons. In addition, the paper also examines the causes and solutions to problems in the process of group work.
